You, a goal, 30 days...

Most of us were taught that to achieve a goal
you need to have a locked down To Do list. 
Not true. 

Most of us were taught that to achieve a goal
you have to be motivated and inspired, 
Not true.

Most of us were taught that positive affirmations
and feeling good create goal achievement.
Not true. 

Are you ready for an entirely different approach?

One with proven results?
One with lessons that you will rinse and repeat in all areas of your life? 
One where you are in a community of people
who are keeping each other accountable? 

If yes, we begin January 10th and we end February 10th.

You don't need to know the details yet. You just need to believe in possibility,
me as your coach, and this process.

But, trust me. I have walked hundreds of people through this process. And, over and over their response is, "I have created a new normal for me.:"

And you define how you will know you've achieved it.

We will have 5 live coaching calls.
January 10, January 17, January 24, January 30, February 10 (1pm Eastern)
All will be recorded to watch in replay.

And, the secret sauce will be a private community (not facebook) where you can ask for coaching, share progress, obstacles, and connect with other goal getters!

How did I choose a 30 day sprint?

Does a 30 day goal even matter? 

Good question.

Does improving a relationship really matter?

Does proving to yourself that you can follow a protocol for exercise, marketing, food, drinking, complaining even matter? 

Does making a tiny bit of progress on your book, your retirement plan, your career strategy, your weight loss, your morning routine even matter? 

Spoiler alert - YES, it does.  All of it does. 

The results in your life are made up of tiny decisions. What you run toward and what you avoid. The habits you nurture and the habits you tolerate. How you talk to yourself. If you move your body and if you don't. If you intentionally feel unwelcome feelings and if you don't. If you step into visibility or if you hide. If you ask for what you want or if you don't. If you dream in possibility or focus on limits. 

30 days matter. 
Achieving a goal in 30 days sets a precedent in your brain. 
30 days from now you could be exactly where you are, or far closer to who you want to be, how you want to live, the vision you have for your life. 

Be captivated by your life, regardless of circumstances.

Make plans, not excuses.
Get honest with yourself. 
The only one stopping you from dreaming and strategizing and implementing is you.

We begin Friday, January 10th and ends Monday, February 10th. 
And, if this month feels too crazy for you, you can still join and begin whatever day works. You will receive daily prompts and motivation in your inbox and all calls will be recorded to watch in replay. 

TIME

You will spend a few minutes every day focussing on your goal, your thoughts around it, and what feelings may be motivating you and/or getting in your way.

And you can join each of the five live one hour coaching calls - January 10, January 17, January 24, January 30, February 10. All at 1pm Eastern. All recorded to watch in replay.
